Why do we exist?

We believe that community is key to amplifying women. We also focus on underrepresented groups such as women of minority races, and neurodivergent women.

In its infancy, thegoodcircle hopes to drive greater visibility for the above groups of people, with the intention to close the gap, particularly in leadership. We hope to be an engine for an inclusive culture in tech, where people can show up as their authentic selves at work.

Activism

We are loud, and firm. We need more women to lead and transform, in leadership positions. That means we need to reduce churn rate, and to keep them in the industry, by creating equitable practices and perspectives.

Allyhood

We find, and create allies. We uplift the underrepresented. We do no tolerate. We stay, we rise together.

Ambitious

We look above and beyond. We keep fighting the good fight, and we dream of a future where the gaps close, and disappear.
